Paul Staley: Bankruptcy Attorney
Getting a meeting with Paul is easy, it is making the call that is hard.
You’ll be meeting with Paul – not an assistant or paralegal. Paul believes this is a meeting which he must never delegate to someone else. He thinks this meeting may just be the most important exchange he and you will have, though certainly not the only one.
Your meeting with Paul will take anywhere from forty-five minutes to an hour and a half. (Parking is abundant and free, so no worries there!) Paul recognizes that no one case is exactly like the next. Paul wants to know what’s unique about your case. That way, he can help you plan.
Paul doesn’t judge or criticizes his clients, never condescends or talks down to them. Most everyone has had money problems, he knows that. He provides each client with an exhaustive overview of how their situation fits into bankruptcy -and on some unusual occasions why it doesn’t fit so well He will ask a lot of questions. The overview will include a complete work up with Bankruptcy Means Test and identify with you what “moving parts” there are in your situation that may need special attention. Paul will also discuss with you some non-bankruptcy options as well.
You’ll come away from your meeting with Paul very well informed and empowered to take the next steps, whatever those steps might be. He’s looking forward to meeting with you.
